ARTIST'S STATEMENT

For the month of August 2017 Joseph E. Najera was the featured artist at Gallery 9.
The artist works mainly with wrought iron. His tools are "hammer and heat" which transform his iron pieces in to graceful and appealingly designed wall pieces, among other items. He specializes in candle holders. He also makes wall pieces that reflect his Hispanic heritage.
